• We do NOT accept any cancellation.
• Payment deadline for bank transfer is within a week from order and full payment is necessary.
  After deadline, reserved stock will be automatically cancelled.
  We will ask to refrain from placing future order when an order is cancelled.

• Credit card is not available once payment process failed.

Customers from outside Japan:

• We do NOT accept any cancellation.
• UnionPay/Alipay are not available once payment process failed.

  We may ask to refrain from placing future order when the order is cancelled by no contact.
